¿Qué llevar?

Recommendations and Guidelines:

• Wear dark clothing without reflective or fluorescent colors.
• Bring an extra pair of shoes to use exclusively at the Monarch Butterfly Sanctuary.
• We recommend bringing an extra change of clothes in case of rain.
• The use of flashlights, cell phones, cameras with flash, or any device that emits light, music, or noise, as well as fluorescent clothing or LED shoes, is strictly prohibited during the sighting.
• Bring a plastic raincoat, as umbrellas or parasols are not allowed.
• The use of mosquito repellents is not permitted to preserve the butterflies.

Política de cancelación

• Access will not be granted to individuals suspected of being infected with COVID-19, presenting symptoms, or with a temperature higher than 37.7 degrees Celsius.
• Access is not permitted to individuals under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
• Due to limited capacity, cancellations will not be accepted, and rescheduling will only be possible for a future date.
• If rescheduling is necessary, availability must be verified, and the request made at least 72 hours before your check-in date.

No show

It will be considered a no-show if the visitor does not check-in before 8:30 am on the scheduled day of departure. If they arrive after this time, the amount paid up to that point will not be refunded. In the event of a no-show, the reservation cannot be valid for a later date, and there will be no refund of the total amount paid up to that point.

• Availability at posada la revancha is limited, so priority will be given to those reservations that have paid their deposit.
• The company reserves the right to allocate and modify the type of room assigned to your group.
• Single occupancy (one person only).
• The reservation will only be valid for the previously agreed-upon day and date.
• We recommend reviewing the recommendations page provided by the Monarch Butterfly Sanctuary.
• Access to the Monarch Butterfly Sanctuary will not be allowed without an entry bracelet.
• Changes in the schedule and activities may occur without prior notice.

* 4 PM WEAVING WORKSHOP WITH MATERIALS AND INSTRUCTOR
